
When the West sends weapons to the nationalists, the beneficiaries in this case were Raytheon & Lockheed Martin (they already charged for the manufacture of this weapon) and the Chechens, never the Ukrainians (money that could be used, for example, in aid to alleviate the high prices of light for example in any European NATO´s country member, thrown away)
On Feb. 24, the day Russia started the special operation in Ukraine, the stock value of these arms manufacturers soared. Raytheon and Lockheed officials openly told investors the Ukraine conflict was “good for business.” In a company “earnings call,” issued Jan. 25, Raytheon CEO Greg Hayes described how they could benefit from the conflict. Similarly, Lockheed CEO James Taiclet told investors the “great power competition [between the U.S. and Russia] over Ukraine bodes more business for the company.” (The Wire (India), Feb. 28)
