The State Department proposal , whose title is “The Government of the United States requests support for an electoral on free and fair elections of the National Assembly of Venezuela in 2020”
Such document endorses US government intention to infer in parliamentary directive election, only explanation.Everything seems to indicate, within the framework of an election year for Donald Trump, his bet on Venezuela will be to sustain “Guaidó strategy” despite its catastrophic results in 2019. But in addition, everything seems to increase economic pressures and policies against Venezuela, to assert US “position of force” and to present Trump’s foreign agenda as a “successful model” of institutional relations for the region.
