From 30 October to 3 November 2019, is celebrate the Salon du Chocolat’s part of the world’s largest event dedicated to chocolate and cocoa!
Venezuelan cocoa was recognized in the “Le Salon du Chocolat”, as a fruit of excellence, during the International Chocolate Festival held in Paris, France, which brings together the best internationally renowned chocolate masters from different parts of the world.
“Venezuela won recognition certificate for the cocoa presented, as one of the best in the world and Latin America, for its exquisite aroma, excellent wood and fruit,” said the president of the Corporación Socialista del Cacao Venezolano SA, who attended to the chocolate exhibition, Gabriel Arocha.
The Chocolate Salon is held every year between the end of October and November beginning in Paris, and brings together chocolatiers, confectioners, professionals from the chocolate industry, as well as producers, great chefs, designers and cocoa experts gather to show the public their culinary qualities
On this occasion, the chocolate lounge celebrates its twenty-fifth anniversary and will take place until November 3, 2019, with the participation of more than 700 exhibitors,
