Venezuela means offering humanitarian aid without mediating any business involved, much less alms. International solidarity has always been an ethical axis of the country; We have demonstrated it since the era of Independence, in the 19th century. Hurricane Dorian effects are feeling where it passes. Therefore, Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza released a statement in which the Bolivarian Government offers humanitarian assistance to the Commonwealth of The Bahamas that has been affected by the climatic phenomenon.
