4 Control Points will be installed (Metropolitan, Parque Caiza, Socorro and Cercado) of great impact, deployment style.
The central exercises will be at the height of Parque Caiza, with armored units and a * Counterattack *
It is estimated to group Two Thousand men from the FANB, Militia and Citizen Security Organizations.
The Strategic Operational Commander will be present.
