In the presence of the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro; Executive Vice President Delcy Rodríguez; the chancellor, Jorge Arreaza and the vice president of Communication, Tourism and Culture, Jorge Rodríguez re carried out the act in which both nations strengthen the true strategic cooperation that is permanently intensified.
