In a meeting with Zone Commanders, Elite Units and Engineers of the Bolivarian National Guard, Remigio Ceballo Ichaso, the Strategic Operational Commander of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, ordered maximum preparation to support the Republic Plan operation, guarantee security and peace, in the tasks of protection to the people against Structured Groups of Organized Crime and fight against Covid-19.
The Republic Plan operation made up by Bolivarian National Armed Forces members is in charge of safeguarding public order during the next elections on December 6.
In these elections, 277 male and female deputies – 110 more legislators – will be elected for the period 2021-2026.
