The video confirms complaints from Venezuela about the preparation in arms of mercenaries in Colombian territory.
A footage in Colombian territory confirms the repeated denunciations of the Venezuelan government, warned that a group of men are being trained in Colombia, with American advisers, with some deserters from the Venezuelan army.
The video shows how US advisers, dressed in military garments, train the group of mercenaries with high-powered weapons, with targets showing images of Nicolás Maduro, the President of the National Constituent Assembly, Diosdado Cabello, and Minister Iris. Varela, among others.
“We’re coming for you …”, says one of the subjects dressed in military clothing, while pointing a gun at the paper figure of Nicolás Maduro.
The date of the recording is unknown. The training place could be Riohacha, a small town in northern Colombia, where the Ranchería river joins the Caribbean Sea and is close to the Venezuelan border, specifically to the Zulia State.
And it’s one of the places that the government of Nicolás Maduro has identified as a training site to commit violent actions against Venezuela. The video shows a large building that serves as a basis for illegal and mercenary practices, perhaps, a farm at the hands of the Colombian drug traffickers.
It is difficult to assume, due to the size and type of practices, that the Colombian government of Iván Duque is not aware. The Venezuelan government has reiterated on numerous occasions the preparation of mercenaries in Colombian territory to attack Venezuela has the support and complicity of the Duque government.
