This is how first day of quarantine flexibilization test was carried out on a commercial level, Sabana Grande Boulevard (one of the main areas with greatest pedestrian circulation in all of Caracas).
Most of the shops were already closed at noon. Moderate influx.It will be 5 days of this flexibility in commercial sectors, to measure how the pandemic behaves in this context.
Then there will be 10 days of total quarantine again, and the results will be evaluated for the next decisions.
Entrance to the Caracas Metro:
