The Taliban raise their flag on the border with Tajikistan

Residents of the Tajikistan city of Khorog (Gorny Badakhshan) are filming how, on the adjacent side, the Taliban are raising their flag over the pillar of the border bridge over the Pyanj River, which connects the two states.
