The breakthrough by CEPR (The Center for Economic and Policy Research ) company , about preliminary report by OAS in Bolivia presidential elections , doesn`t highlight any evidence about the result that gave President Evo Morales as winner was a fraud.
The entity indicates that an electoral monitoring process must be removed from political interests to avoid suspicion and distrust in votes counting , “the unsubstantiated accusations must be withdrawn and measures must be taken to ensure the neutrality of the OAS electoral observation in the future, ” added.
