The group of black hat hackers “TTH” intervened the website of the Ministry of Education.
A.K.A Retcher of the TTH group would be responsible for said attack under “Code_Pa1n” operation.
In previous years, other government websites were hacked by other black hat groups, especially at the time of the protests in 2014.
