An explosion in the city in Zaporozhye region has reportedly left one person dead, local media say it was a former Ukrainian Interior Ministry officer who went over to the side of the Russian Federation was the victim.
The chairman of the ‘We are together with Russia’ movement posted footage of the aftermath of the blast on his social media page.
The force of it reportedly knocked out windows as high up as the 9th floor of nearby apartment blocks.
