Six people enter Iliass Tahiri, handcuffed and with their hands behind their backs, in a small room. Once inside, they place him face down on a bed and also tie his feet, hands and abdomen. At all times, they keep him immobilized by standing on top of him, with his knee very close to his head.
The 18-year-old immobilization maneuver lasts 13 minutes and up to six people participate. At no time did the video show the boy resisting.
