A large number of citizens attended the demonstration of the capabilities of the Serbian Army “Shield 2022” at the military airport “Colonel-pilot Milenko Pavlović” in Batajnica on April 30. The visitors began to arrive around 8:30 a.m., wanting to get to know the Army’s most modern weapons and equipment up close, and see the announced demonstration of the capabilities of the Air Force and Air Defense units, the Army, the 72nd Special Operations Brigade and the 63rd Parachute Brigade.
The dynamic and static part of the show, which was attended by more than 1,000 members of the Ministry of Defense and the Serbian Army, more than 300 combat vehicles, as well as more than 60 planes, helicopters and drones, left a strong impression on the visitors. from Batajnica airport who came from all over the country, including from abroad.
