Canoeing is Intentionally shooting open the top of an enemy’s skull and then waiting and watching him slowly bleed to death (canoeing) would be considered a war crime if it was done just to enhance his suffering. Shooting at an enemy in combat and then having the bullet, simply by chance, blow his skull open is NOT a war crime.Canoeing was just one of several acts of mutilation frequently carried out by SEALs in the middle east.
