President of Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, received former president of Spain, José Luís Rodríguez Zapatero, at the Miraflores Palace.
In this meeting the president was accompanied by the first lady, Cilia Flores, the Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez Gómez, Minister of the Popular Power for the Office of the Presidency and Monitoring of Government Management, Jorge Márquez.
It’s important to highlight that the former Spanish president expressed his support for Round Table for Dialogue in September 2019, when he considered this initiative as something “very positive”.
About 2016 at the end of October, the National Dialogue Table was installed in which Zapatero participated as an international mediator to dismantle hatred and establish peace in the South American nation.
