The Venezuela’s president and Commander-in-Chief of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, Nicolás Maduro, announced on preparing the Scientific and Technological Military Council on coming weeks.
“We are going to activate the Military and Technological Scientific Council It’s going to give Venezuela independence in the weapons system,” emphasized the National President.
This Military Scientific and Technological Council will have the advice and help from countries such as Russia, China, Iran, Cuba and many other sister countries of the world, as part of military cooperation in science, technology and weapons system.
“In two or three weeks we will be activating it with all the resources, logistical, physical and institutional support, with the best minds of the FANB,” said President Maduro after assuring that it will be very useful for technology and military science and the industry of Venezuela.
