March 25, 2022, the first convoy with humanitarian aid from Russia entered the Izyum ‘s city. The city has not yet been completely cleared, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are inflicting artillery attacks on it, but the humanitarian situation is such that it was impossible to wait.
Under the protection of the military police, 5 KamAZ trucks from the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived in the area. The aid is distributed from Gazelles, in which the humanitarian aid has been loaded. In addition, the distribution is done in different areas to minimize the risk of falling under the bombardment.
