Commander of the Strategic Operational Command of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (CEOFANB), General in Chief Domingo Hernández Lárez, reported that military personnel dismantled structures used by criminal groups in the Bolívar and Amazonas states for illegal mining.
Through the social network Twitter @dhernandezlarez, the General in Chief explained that said action is part of the security and defense plans for environmental protection, in National Parks, forests and protected areas of the country.
At the same time, the CEOFANB commander assured that “all the structures that are in protected areas, violating Venezuelan laws and territorial planning, will be dismantled.”
