Until 2019, Venezuela had diplomatic and / or consular representation in 90 of the 193 countries that make up the international community. After a year of the self-proclamation of Guaidó, the Venezuelan government maintains the same relations with 94.4% of those countries.

Venezuela also has no effective diplomatic and consular representation in those countries.
