Missile launched at Iranian Embassy in Kabul
The Iranian diplomatic mission in Kabul announced that a missile hit the embassy this Saturday, October 20, 2020, although the incident didn’t produce victims, all personnel are safe.
The embassy wrote on its official Twitter account one of the missiles fired in the attack this morning hit the premises of the diplomatic legation.
Also, several shrapnel projectiles hit the main building, smashing the windows and damaging the facilities.
Kabul has been the scene at dawn this Saturday of several rocket attacks and explosions that have caused several civilian victims.
The Afghan Interior Ministry confirmed two explosions had occurred in Pole Charkhi and Chehel Sotun, resulting in one person dead and two injured.
