Ceballos also expressed that the detainees will not be extradited in accordance with Venezuelan laws, although he ratified the collaboration with the Colombian Government.
On the other hand, he pointed out that both citizens are detained and complying with all the processes of the Venezuelan justice.
The Chief Admiral comments that the participation of Venezuelan citizens in criminal activities in Colombia is not accidental.
