In order to monitor, review and supervise planned action to ensure compliance with objectives set forth in “Venezuela Sovereignty and Peace 2019” Operation, Admiral in Chief, Remigio Ceballos Ichaso, National Armed Forces Bolivariana Strategic Operational Commander , in company of its Joint Chiefs of Staff, carried out transmission from the General Command Post of CEOFANB to begin the operational deployment that took place in Puerto Cabello, Carabobo state.
