Gallery showing Houthi, al-Qaeda and ISIS militants killed, Yemen
Ansarullah posted photos showing Houthi, al-Qaeda and ISIS militants killed, wounded and captured during the operation in al-Bayda.
Ansarullah, was founded by Hussein Badreddin al-Houthi after leaving the Shafií al-Haqq party, fore some time he was refuge in Lebanon and later in Iran, where he had contact with militant believing groups. He returned to Yemen, he dedicated himself to relaunching Zaydism among his compatriots in the north (where he was from and where most of Yemen’s Zaydis were).
During those years he wove a network (as does the Muslim Brotherhood or Hezbollah, to compare Sunni and Shiite models) of tribal influences but also religious and charitable based on the construction of the Believing Youth movement that organized mosques, study centers and aid centers to the needy where the benefits of the zakat (Islamic tax) were distributed, which created a parallel state and would eventually become the nucleus of the future Ansaurllah movement.
