As part of the implementation of the DN-III Plan, elements of the Secretary of National Defense (SEDENA) brought food and hot drinks to vulnerable people in the municipality of Boca del Río due to the low temperatures that have been registered in the last hours.
They were in the Carranza, Miguel Alemán and some neighboring; soldiers aboard their trucks distributed bread and champurrado (chocolate-based atole, a warm and thick Mexican beverage) to low-income people, in street situations and passers-by through the area.
