A military source stated that at 00:22 am this Sunday, the Israeli enemy carried out an attack with bursts of missiles fired from the direction of the occupied Syrian Golan against some points in and around the city of Damascus, including residential neighborhoods inhabited by civilians.
Our air defenses acted immediately and intercepted most of the projectiles, the source said.
He acknowledged that the attack resulted in the death of five people, including a soldier, while 15 civilians were injured, some of whom are in critical condition.
Likewise, several houses were destroyed as a result of the attack, while there were material losses in several neighborhoods of the capital Damascus.
