The exercises aimed at enhancing work compatibility and joint military cooperation between the two friendly countries, exchanging experiences and concepts, and raising combat readiness to face regional challenges.
In July 2019, units of the Saudi Royal Land Forces and their American counterparts participated in the “Exercise of the Enthusiastic Commander 2019”.
The main exercise took place in King Khalid Military City in the northern region, in the presence of its commander, Major General Saleh bin Ahmed Al-Zahrani.
This exercise lasted for two weeks, during which a number of training tasks were carried out in the environment of conventional and non-conventional military operations.
