“In connection with the proclamation of persona non grata to Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia in Montenegro, Vladimir Bozovic, the Serbian Foreign Ministry acted reciprocally,” the Serbian diplomatic department said in a statement.
As explained in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro, the Serbian ambassador called the 1918 Podgorica parliament “liberation” for the people of the country, which is considered illegitimate and illegal in Montenegro.
