As a result of the draw, 11 teams from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Venezuela, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, China, Mongolia, Russia, Serbia, Syria and Uzbekistan entered the first division. The second division consisted of the national teams of Abkhazia, Qatar, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Mali, Myanmar, Tajikistan and South Ossetia.
According to the results of the first division draw, the national teams of Azerbaijan and Syria competed in the races with blue tanks in the “Individual race”, the teams of China, Vietnam and Serbia competed in the red ones, the Russian national teams , Kazakhstan and Venezuela competed in the green, and Belarus and Uzbekistan competed in the yellow.
