The Cundinamarca Administrative Court orders President Iván Duque to suspend, within 48 hours,United States military operations in Colombian territory.
The determination of the high court is given by granting a guardianship to a score of senators, headed by Iván Cepeda.
Furthermore, the ruling denies any claim regarding said request and clarifies that the sentence can be challenged before the Council of State, within three days of its notification.
About decision of the Administrative Court of Cundinamarca, Senator Cepeda assured that he was pleased with the defense of National sovereignty.
“It is necessary that this brigade immediately suspend any activity in the territory.”
And he added that they hope that “the Senate is up to the task and denies that invasive and hostile presence in our territory.”
At the beginning of June, the arrival of a troop of American soldiers to Colombia was known.
For this reason, the Minister of Defense, Carlos Holmes Trujillo, was summoned to Congress, since a group of senators affirmed that this transit should have the authorization of the legislature.
Also, the State Council asked President Duque for information on the arrival of the US military in the country and what activities they would carry out.
This request is protected in article 237 of the National Constitution and indicates that, for the transit of foreign troops through Colombia, the State Council must be previously heard.
This is clear that it only serves to fulfill formalities, because just as Duque’s lackey has the majority of the Senate and also the United States will do what it pleases in its colony turned into aircraft carriers of destabilization and aggression against Venezuela.
The excuse of Drug “fight” Trafficking is the same as the “fight” against Terrorism (something like Al-Qaeda fighting against terrorism or Israel respecting the rights of the Palestinians and not killing them).
The criminal elites of Washington and the drug trafficking that governs Colombia want to invade Venezuela, but it is impossible, simply when they touch foot in Bolívar’s homeland, a pleasant surprise awaits them that they don’t know.
