“The Iranian oil tanker […] ‘Fortune’, which loaded 43 million liters of gasoline in mid-March at the port of Shahid Rayai [located in the southern province of Hormozgan], Iran, has docked at berth 2 of the refinery de El Palito ”in the municipality of Puerto Cabello, on the coasts of the Venezuelan state of Carabobo.
