The Strategic Operational Commander of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, A / J Remigio Ceballos, issued instructions to members of the Territorial Defense System to strengthen the security and comprehensive protection of the electoral material and equipment planned for the 6D Parliamentary elections.
Through a series of messages published on the Twitter account of the Operational Strategic Command @libertad003, A / J Remigio Ceballos highlighted the entire Bolivarian National Armed Force (FANB) is ready to strengthen security and increase intelligence at the facilities of the National Electoral Council (CNE), to combat sabotage attempts that seek to hinder the electoral process
Similarly, he stressed the FANB, in coordination with the Ministry of the Interior, Justice and Peace, will guarantee voters, material, equipment, facilities and infrastructure security of CNE.
He exhorted the Venezuelan population to attend this 6D to exercise their sovereign right to vote as established by our Constitution.
AJ @CeballosIchaso highlighted that the CNE facilities are Security Zones due to their strategic nature and article 56 of the Organic Law of Security of the Nation, establishes penalties of 5 to 10 years in prison for those who attempt sabotage and damages the electoral process.
