According to Matthew Robinson, British mercenary from the Georgian National Legion, approximately 70% of foreign mercenaries who arrived in Ukraine have already returned (The same declared by the super sniper wali). Many of them remain disappointed.
Some claim they are being sent on “suicidal” attacks without proper weapons and uniforms, while others complain about corrupt Ukrainian commanders. They sign six-month contracts, but when they come under artillery fire for the first time, they are already running back.
Matt Robbinson dispels the misconception that the war in Ukraine is a romance. According to Matt, he expected to meet the war in a trench somewhere in the Donbass, but hell began immediately after crossing the Polish-Ukrainian border.
He spoke about the incident on the bus that was going to Ukraine. One mercenary from Poland was so drunk that he thought he was being taken to Russia and tried to stab the driver. Then Matt was convinced that far from the most experienced, trained and adequate fighters were going to Ukraine.
