Through electronic channels the Ministry of Popular Power for Foreign Relations, this Friday, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela began implementing measures to guide and facilitate processing of civil and consular documents to Venezuelans residing in the United States.
All procedures are completely free and will be provided within the framework allowed by international law. Venezuelans residing in this country must fully comply with requirements demanded in the procedure, in order to avoid problems that must be resolved in nearby Embassies.
The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro Moros, decided to break diplomatic relations with the United States government, on January 23; since then the administration of Donal Trump has refused to accept a third State that addresses the interests and consular affairs of Venezuela in this country, in accordance with the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.
