On Wednesday, the Bolivarian Government issued an Official Communiqué, to express its rejection of the interference speech and the gross interference in internal affairs issued by the President of the United States, Donald Trump, during the annual speech before the US Congress.
In the Communiqué read by Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza, he described as a circus electoral show, the “delirious and arrogant” speech delivered by the US president whom he said was ” windbag .”
