
A powerful explosion occurred at the airport in the city of Aden in Yemen after the arrival of the plane with the country’s new government.

The shots started behind the explosion. The video shows that some security forces simply shoot into the air and nothing is known about the attackers.
According to local authorities, militants from the Ansar Allah (Houthis) group are behind the attack.The Ansar Allah (Houthis) spokesperson denied their involvement in the attack at the Aden airport.
The media reported that the airport was bombarded with rockets (mortars). As many as 26 people died, the media says and several dozen more were injured.
After the explosion at the airport, the Houthis attacked the presidential palace “El Maashik” in Aden, where members of the new Yemeni government arrived after the plane attack.
