At least 10 people have been killed in a suicide attack in Somalia. The blast took place at a tea shop in Hiran’s provincial capital, Beledweyne.
Among the victims of the attack were a district social affairs officer and a deputy candidate. Al-Shabaab, a group linked to Al Qaeda, claimed responsibility for the attack.
He often practices explosions in stores and restaurants where politicians and officials visit.
