The sector vice president of Communication, Culture and Tourism, Jorge Rodríguez, reported that Argenis Vaca aka “Vaquita” was arrested, who was the Colombian paramilitary group Los Rastrojos finances in charge.
The announcement was made through his Twitter social network account, in which he explained Vaca was being searched by security officials from Venezuela and Colombia. He’s accused of committing homicide, kidnapping and drug trafficking.
