An Iranian truck convoy was attacked on the Iraq-Syria border for the second time.
It is the second drone attack against Iran in the last 24 hours, for which no one has claimed responsibility. All eyes are on Israel.
At least seven people died in a bombardment carried out on Sunday January 30th against a convoy of Iranian trucks as it circulated around the Syrian town of al-Bokamal, located on the border with Iraq, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported on Monday. (OSDH).
The London-based body and informants in the Arab country revealed that the attack was carried out by drones against 6 of the 25 trucks that entered the country from Iraq, and that all the deceased are foreigners.
“Six refrigerated trucks were targeted by unidentified aircraft in the Abu Kamal border region after they crossed into Syrian territory from Iraq,” they said in a statement.
