Bolivarian National Armed Forces commander (CEOFANB),Admiral and chief Remigio Ceballos Ichaso, pointed out this Friday the FANB will reinforce air, land and river crossings border to guarantee nation’s integrity, peace and security this December 06.

He stressed the FANB will guarantee a successful and safe electoral process, and also has the biosecurity measures to reinforce and protect the health of all Venezuelans.
Likewise, it indicated that the military institution is permanently deployed together with officers, professional and enlisted troops that are in different border areas, working to guarantee the inalienable right of the nation, which represents sovereignty and territorial integrity this December 06.
He detailed them’re deployed throughout the national territory in each of the voting centers established as security zones for the upcoming electoral elections, with maximum discipline and compliance with biosafety protocols, for people’s protection and guaranteeing peace, security and Voting Centers’s protection.
He recalled that strict biosecurity measures are being maintained in each of the border areas, and also asserted that public meetings are suspended during the election period.
“All security agencies are ready to apply the law in any of the cases that arise. We are in a process of intense work with all police forces, to take the necessary provisions in conjunction with intelligence and counterintelligence activities, which allow progress in security guarantees, “he said.
On the other hand, he detailed that all the facilities and strategic infrastructures of the state’s public services are reinforced and an arduous and intense work of surveillance and patrolling of all sites is maintained to guarantee the activity flows safely throughout this weekend.
He stressed the FANB is the guarantee of peace and will remain as it has always been in the strictest sense of responsibility, discipline, subordination and obedience to continue maintaining the guarantee of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the nation.
The CEOFANB Commander made it clear that the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela is irrevocably free and independent, which bases its heritage and its values of equality, security, peace, and freedom on the doctrine of the Liberator Simón Bolívar.
He recalled that there are sanctions between 5 and 10 years for those who try to alter the peace and tranquility in the security spaces.
He added the Bolivarian National Militia will be present at the Voting Centers to support Venezuelans and ensure compliance with the corresponding biosafety standards and protocols.
He explained that there has been a training and education process throughout the Territorial Defensive System, to guarantee the security of all electoral material and the right to vote for all citizens.
Ichaso said during the electoral process security measures will be increased, such as: the prohibition of the sale of alcoholic beverages and the transit of heavy vehicles.
“At the Voting Centers we are in a process of reinforcing the issue of biosecurity, this is a special plan that guarantees that citizens can go freely and safely to exercise the right to vote. We keep the entire device deployed and increase security and biosecurity at our borders, ”he said.
