A South Korean Air Force KA-1 light attack plane crashed Monday in Hoengseong county, about 140 kilometers east of Seoul.
According to the military authorities, quoted by the Yonhap news agency, the accident occurred shortly after the aircraft took off from the Wonju city air base. Likewise, it was reported that the two pilots are safe and were transferred to a nearby hospital.
