A soldier died after a shooting that took place this Friday at approximately 6:55 in the morning (local time) in a barracks at the airfield in the city of Wiener Neustadt, in Austria, Army spokesman Michael Bauer said. Another soldier, who was the head of the deceased, was also injured and was taken to a hospital.
Apparently, it all started with a dispute between the soldier and his superior. The soldier fired several shots in the guardroom, and was subsequently shot by high-ranking military personnel, Bauer said.
