The Pakistan Air Force launched a series of airstrikes against Tehrik-e Taliban Pakistan (TTP) facilities in Kunar, Khost and Paktia provinces. During one of the bombings in Kunar, 6 civilians, a woman and 5 children, were killed, there is still no information about injured civilians in other provinces.
These attacks may have been in response to an attack in the Bajaur border district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, where 7 Pakistani soldiers were killed. The Taliban are moving their forces to the border of the two countries in response to air strikes on their territory. Perhaps with the change of government in Pakistan, the tension between the two countries will increase, since Imran Khan was one of the most active defenders of the recognition of the Taliban.
